Ketchum,
The City of Ketchum Parks and Recreation Department will yet again this summer venture to provide for the recreational needs of our visitors. We are enthusiastically looking forward to seeing faces old and new, and offering a variety programs that will excite, delight, challenge, and educate our youth participants. Programs are offered on a daily or weekly basis for kids from grades 3-10th (and special offerings for 2nd graders). The majority of our youth activities are conducted at Atkinson Park; However, partnerships with Big Wood Golf Course, Zenergy at Thunder Spring, White Otter River Company, Sawtooth Mountain Guides, and the SNRA allow for "out of park” programs which further enhance our recreational offerings. We also provide our participants the opportunity to enjoy and discover Idaho's amazing natural wonders. In addition to offering the variety of activities found in this brochure, providing a fun, safe and caring environment for kids to come together to play and socialize is a high priority. Affordability is a key feature of our programs. A variety of scholarship options are offered. No child will be turned away due to financial reasons.
